German Luxury Tuner DMC has just released their SOVRANO 2011 individualization which is based on the Maserati GT. The stylish and sporty conversion of the Maserati GT shows the year-long experience and craftsmanship that DMC has acquired on its way to becoming a top luxury refiner.

Every detail of the DMC’s SOVRANO 2011 is a synonym for the team‘s outstanding passion for their work. On the front fascia, the newly designed front bumper gives the GT an all new aggressive presentation. A new spoiler lip serves an aerodynamic use to increase downforce on the front axle. Additional air inlets and outlets enable the new light-construction bonnet to optimally regulate the temperature in the V8 engine compartment.

The dynamic appearance continues with the Wide Body side skirts with Zig-Zag end-panels. The trunk spoiler at the back and a whole new rear diffuser complete the sporty look. All add-on parts are made from carbon fibre and are manufactured by DMC using autoclave prepreg vacuum processing. DMC also made use of progressive sport suspensions in the front and rear axles, which lower the vehicle’s centre of gravity by around 30 mm. Contact to the ground is maintained by 255/30 R 20 front tyres and 305/30 R 21 wheels at the back.
2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse SE model will be available on all trim levels of GS, GS Sport and GT. It includes a few measly improvements such as “SE” decals, black side mirrors and 18-inch dark finish alloy wheels.
Two engine options available with the 2012 Eclipse SE
162-hp 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine for the GS/GS Sport models
265-hp 3.8-liter V6 engine for the GT model.

After stunning the world with the GranCabrio at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, Maserati will use the 2011 Geneva Motor Show to take its grand-touring convertible to a new level of performance and handling with the GranCabrio Sport. Conceived to give the GranCabrio a harder-edged model to sit alongside the GranTurismo S and the Quattroporte Sport GT S, the GranCabrio Sport uses a more powerful and fuel-efficient version of Maserati's, all-alloy 4.7-litre V8, coupled with the ZF six-speed automatic transmission. This naturally aspirated engine produces in this configuration 331 kW (450 horsepower) and has 510 Nm at the peak of its rich, thick torque curve.
Maserati's Friction Reduction Program has made the GranCabrio Sport's engine more reactive to the driver's most-nuanced inputs, while reaching a 6% reduction in fuel consumption.
The top speed of the GranCabrio Sport is 285 km/h. This six-speed transmission is equipped with the super-fast MC Auto Shift softwar

L’auto dovrebbe condividere la piattaforma con la Jeep Grand Cherokee, mentre la produzione dovrebbe essere affidata all’ex impianto Bertone di Grugliasco.
