Audi A3 e-tron sedan rolled out at the Shanghai Auto Show. The A3 e-tron sedan is a plug-in hybrid that showcases Audi’s commitment to hybrid technology on all its future vehicles. The hybrid is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch S-tronic transmission, and a lithium-ion battery pack is used to power the vehicle during electric only mode. Audi e-tron sedan can go as much as 34 miles on electric power alone.

Nissan Esflow

Nissan has unveiled Esflow Concept at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. The Nissan Esflow Concept uses driveline similar toNissan Leaf. It is an electric sports car, but it is much different than your average sports car.
Some of the design features and technology will be transferred over to another anticipated Nissan n model, the 370Z Hybrid.
The two-seat Esflow concept is a rear-wheel-drive sports car, that promises its only emissions will be some why-so-serious smiles. A pair of electric motors sits above the rear wheels. The powertrain for the Nissan Esflow consist of two electric motors which are positioned above the rear wheels and a low mounted laminated lithium-ion battery pack for better weight distribution.

BMW univeiled a mini version of its Mini Rocketman concept, which is likely to appeal to fans of the original 1950s runabout famous for its cornering.
Mini Rocketman concept is almost foot shorter than a standard Cooper, it is built on a carbon-fiber spaceframe to save weight over the traditional steel unibodies employed on Mini production vehicles. Much of the spaceframe is visible inside and outside the car, to show off the carbon construction and save weight on trim pieces.
The exterior keeps the family cues and proportions, but displays a new interpretation of the details. Oversize round LED headlamps feature a light-ring surround while the stirrup-style rear lamps are fitted with high-output LEDs for the tail/brake/directionals.

This vehicle is the Espera Sbarro Evoluzione on the Geneva floor, it is a concept study by a group of students from the Espera Sbarro design school in France.
Espera Sbarro Evoluzione design concept study by a bunch of students from that school, there are 25 students plus four teachers involved in the project 13 weeks to create this design concept. They were separated in two groups, one is more focused on the drivetrain plus chassis while the other was focused on developing the overall design and styling. It takes 13 weeks to accomplish the Espera Sbarro Evoluzione concept.
The cabin features a centrally mounted seat for the driver with two rear passenger seats. Three Recaro bucket seats in all. it rides on 20-inch wheels.
