2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster will be debuted at 2011 New York Auto Show, according to the official it will go on sale shortly thereafter as a 2012 model. As these latest spy shots clearly reveal, a soft-top roof like the one seen on the previous SLR Roadster has been picked.
The 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster will be fitted with a new 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine, which develops up to 571 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque, there’s chance the new SLS AMG Roadster may pick up this option. So the SLS from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4.0 seconds, and onward to a top speed of nearly 200 mph.

After quite a long time now, and many teaser images, Mercedes has finally dropped the official details on the 2012 Mercedes SLK Roadster.The model gets a totally new design, inspired by the legendary 190 SL from the 1950s, an innovative interior with features like Magic Sky Control.
