It’s fitting, because the Metropolis was designed by the new Citroën Shanghai design team. The car will be called the C9 and will be powered by a gasoline-hybrid drive train—expect a smooth V6 mated to a torquey electric motor and a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

Hyundai will make a splash at the 2010 SEMA Show next month thanks to a collaboration with Rhys Millen Racing.
The 2010 Hyundai Equus will include exterior, interior and performance upgrades that will enhance the already luxurious sedan.
The RMR Signature Equus will also feature a 14-inch brake kit designed.The rear-wheel-drive luxury sedan will get a 30-horsepower boost thanks to an RMR air intake and stainless exhaust, bringing total power from the Hyundai V8 to 415 hp.
Exterior changes to the Equus include front chin and rear deck spoilers, carbon mirrors and a two-tone carbon fiber and “Red Bull Racing blue” paint job, plus 21-inch HRE wheels.Inside, there’s a set of ostrich hide leather seats with suede accents, along with RMR Signature Edition stitching on the headrests and floor mats.

For the first time ever, Citroen Racing has produced a customer-racing product fitted with a turbocharged engine. The experience acquired by the brand in WRC for almost ten years has been put to good use in its design. The 1.6-litre THP (high pressure turbo) engine is very closely related to the production model used throughout the PSA Group. Fitted with a regulation-compliant 29mm turbo flange, it develops 210bhp of power and generates a torque of 350Nm (with commercially available fuel).
